Can I try it before paying?
Yes. You get a 7-day free trial. Cancel within that period and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. If you subscribed on the website, cancel in the web version (app.plantdiary.app) under Settings → Manage payment. If you subscribed in the app, cancel in the App Store or Google Play. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
How do watering alerts work?
At the time you choose (8 am by default) you get a summary of the plants that need watering or treatment, as an app notification and/or an email. By default it is weekly (on Saturdays), but you can switch to daily. Watering frequency also adapts to the weather where you live.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Each account's data is isolated and never sold or used for advertising. We only use providers necessary to run the service (hosting, payments, notifications and AI), all listed in our Privacy Policy.
